Client Services has a variety of functions. We focus primarily on Client In-house training and work, and Client Community Job Placement and Training.   

Our Client Training Supervisor and staff work with Manufacturing, Recycling and Janitorial to provide our clients full access to work and skills training here at Diversified. 

The Employment Consultants help clients identify their employment interests and skills, to plan their careers.  Once a client obtains a job, the Employment Consultant provides training and support.  The Consultant works with the client’s co-workers and supervisors to ensure successful employment.   Co-workers and supervisors are often referred to as “Natural Supports”.
