The Material
Recovery Facility (MRF) helps the environment while improving people’s
lives. In addition to numerous
work opportunities for disabled people, MRF provides the public with a quality
recycle program. With the installation of an elevated recycle system; MRF has
been able to keep up with the demands of curbside recycling while baling tin
and plastic for maximum efficiency.
A buyback program has also been established that allows for purchasing
and selling of scrap aluminum, copper, brass, and aluminum cans. Along with providing the cleanest
atmosphere possible for our employees and our customers, our goal is to keep
recyclable material out of landfills and contribute to Diversified in all
areas.
