Tiffany D. Mack

Tiffany began working for Diversified Industrial Services in 2006. She brings with her twenty-two years in the aerospace industry; including AS9100 Lead Auditor Certification. Tiffany has been involved in the Community Manufacturing Partnership with Boeing for over fifteen years. Her expertise is in non-profit corporations, operations management, quality, delivery, managing diversity, leadership and exceptional customer service. She is the proud leader of the team recognized and awarded with the Boeing Performance Excellence Award for 2009.

Currently a student at City University, she is working towards her Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration.

Tiffany and her son Connor live in Arlington. Connor is thirteen years old, and currently an Honor Roll student at Arlington School District.

She enjoys her son, family, friends, and her career. A good portion of her free time is spent at her Lot in Goldbar with her son and significant other—Jesse—and his three children: Blair, Samantha and Nicholaus. They all enjoy camping, riding dirt bikes and spending time with their friends and family.

Bill Davidson

Bill began his tenure with Diversified Industrial Services in February of 2001. After a successful 35 year sales career in the private sector, he thought we would like to try his hand with a non-profit company. Hired as an Account Executive, he was promoted to Director of Sales in April of 2002.

Bill enjoys spectator sports, especially baseball, photography and travel with his significant other, Ellen. He has four grown children that live in varied locations that include Kathmandu, Nepal, Las Vegas, Nevada, and Seattle.

Trisha McCollum

Manufacturing Manager

Trisha has worked at Diversified Industrial Services for 14 years; her primary focus of employment has been in Operations and Estimating. She presently holds the position of Manufacturing Manager and has oversight of: the manufacturing staff; planning and expedite, route drivers; and is the primary focal for customer support services. With fourteen years of aerospace experience, she has vast knowledge with Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing principals, and continual improvement initiatives.

She enjoys the fast paced and ever-changing demands of the Aerospace Industry.

Currently residing in Everett, Trisha spends her free time with her friends and family. She has three children: Ethan, Quinton, and Jenasea. Frequently the four of them are seen on the baseball field with Ethan on second base, Quinton as pitcher, and Jenasea on the sidelines cheerleading for her brothers.

Rhonda M. Chabot

Rhonda joined Diversified in 1996 in the production area. She worked in the mail room and supported the training needs of Diversified’s participants. When Diversified’s statement of work expanded, Rhonda advanced within the company. Possessing a vast amount of experience within Quality, Operations, Purchasing and Quoting, Rhonda is skilled and knowledgeable of customer service needs. As Diversified's Senior Buyer/Estimator--Rhonda works with each of Diversified’s valued customers---providing them with timely and cost effective bids, as well as dedicated customer service.

Rhonda lives in a country setting on beautiful Camano Island. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her numerous nieces, nephews and family.

Stephanie Davis

Supervisor of Client Services

Stephanie Davis came to Diversified in the Summer of 2009. Since graduating she has supported individuals with disabilities in many different capacities, including: residential care management, day rehab support, rights advocacy and in vocational services. Currently, she participates in the Snohomish County Developmental Disabilities Citizen’s Advisory Board and represents Diversified in the Community Employment Alliance. Stephanie strives to help Diversified’s clients work to their fullest potential while gaining greater independence through competitive employment.

Neil Hunt

Director of MRF (Materials Recovery Facility)

Once retired, Neil decided to join the work force once again and began working at Diversified in July 1999. Throughout the following years, he worked his way up the ranks to Director of MRF. He now oversees the entire recycling and woodworking operations at the Everett facility. With backgrounds in accounting, hydraulic systems, sales, management, maintenance and repair, he is able to keep the recycling and wood working departments moving smoothly as well as know what they need in order to keep doing so.

Neil has been married for 52 years and has 3 children, 5 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. He had his own plane and boat and loved to do both. But now, he is in the process of remodeling his home for the second time. He still likes to design equipment for use in different industries.

Niki Ingison

Quality Assurance Supervisor

Niki began working at Diversified Industrial Services in August of 2007. She has spent 17 years in the aerospace industry. All of her aerospace experience has been involved within non-profit organization(s)—working with adults with disabilities. Working within the diverse, philanthropic programs has always been the most satisfying aspect of her career. Niki has been involved in many aspects of manufacturing such as: quality, delivery, leadership and customer service. Currently, she holds the position of Quality Assurance Supervisor with oversight as well as responsibility for all aspects of the Quality Management System; this includes assuring continued compliance with Quality Systems requirements and regulations.

Niki lives in the Arlington area with her two children: her daughter Katie whom is 14 years old; and her son Timothy, whom is 9 years old. She enjoys spending “quality” time with her family. Most of their time is spent attending volleyball tournaments in which her daughter participates, gardening and fitting in different science events that her son enjoys.

Alice J. Burman

Purchasing and Materials/Receiving Supervisor

Alice joined the Diversified team in 2002 as the Wire Shop Supervisor. She is currently Diversified's Purchasing Agent and Materials/Receiving Supervisor. She has 20 years experience in a manufacturing environment. Alice’s primary objective is to have material on time and assure Diversified's valued customers’ needs are met; her team prides themselves in maintaining accurate inventory balances in support of their primary objective.

Alice and her husband Bob are long time residents of Granite Falls. They enjoy the country lifestyle and their acre garden. Alice's other interests are designing and making bead jewelry as well as cooking.

Peggy Jones

Human Resource Manager

Peggy has been with Diversified since early 2009. She brought with her 14 years of Human Resource management and generalist experience. Peggy is a member of SHRM (Society of Human Resource Management) and is striving to continually grow with her career in Human Resources. Her passion for helping people and keeping the “human” in Human Resources is consistently her goal.

Peggy and her husband, Herb, just completed building their dream home – a log home in Sultan – which they (along with contractors) worked diligently on for 2 years. She especially enjoys entertaining and cooking and taking long walks with her black Labrador – Jack.

Donald L. Meer

Don currently holds the position of Controller and began work in April 2008 with Diversified Industrial Services. Don has over 30 years experience in Business Administration and Accounting. His experience includes working for governmental agencies in Arizona, Colorado and Washington. Additionally, Don has over 6 years experience working for non-profit entities.

Don is the proud father of two sons—Chris and Geoff—as well as grandfather to four. When the weather permits, Don loves to travel around the beautiful Northwest on his Harley.
